Choosing the dress is very courageous by Priyanka, surely if she wanted to be noticed she succeeded.
The dress itself is not surprising especially the collar so wide
reminds me "Dracula", the tramp is wonderful , the burberry style trench is not great on Priyanka.
But I have to say that if I put her the category "UP" it's just for the courage to wear such a remarkable dress to an important event like the MET GALA.
